The Carpet Merchant guarantee all there carpets are free from moths or damage unless otherwise stated in description if carpets are not as described a full refund will be given.

On all overseas postage carpets must be paid for in full unless other terms have been agreed on Uk delivery’s a minimum of 25% deposit and balance on delivery unless something else has been agreed.
